I'll prioritize chill, responsible folks interested in an extended sublet period and willing to water my plants. 🪴
My ideal situation would be someone who wants to be in LA consistently but not constantly, so I am able make occasional visits and stay at my home when I am in town (this is not a requirement).
I am available to meet via FaceTime and can have a trusted friend show you the space. To secure the apartment, I’d ask for a security deposit, which will be partially refunded at the end, pending any damages and minus the cleaning fee. We'll sign a mutual agreement.
