I am away from my studio apartment (in NYC) and looking to rent it while I'm gone. It's a cozy, clean space that serves me well when working in Los Angeles. Queen size bed, television, full kitchen and a lounge area. There's outside communal space in the building.

The apartment is located in Historic Filipinotown, close to Clark Street Bakery, Vista Hermosa Park, Gra Pizza and Laveta. Not far from Echo Park Lake and all the good stuff over there.

This is a great launch pad for visiting or working in LA. I love it here and hope you will too.

The apartment is available throughout April, flexible.

I (she/her) work in set design for commercial and fashion photography/video and am a graphic designer. My partner is the tenant in the building and while we live primarily in NYC, we keep the place for use when working on projects in LA, and rent to friends and friends of friends.
