Room available in our sweet 3 br 1 bath Northampton apartment in a Victorian house. Close to downtown. Rent is $713 + utilities (~$80 per month). There is also a security deposit of 1 month rent ($713). Third floor walk up. Off street parking. Laundry in the building (coin operated). Looking for someone for a year. We have one cat named nut and prefer no pets but open if it feels like a good fit.
We are 27 and 30. (27), artist and gardener. (30), therapist. We are very chill but also very communicative, kind and respectful with one another. We are also very clean and like to keep the apartment free of clutter/mess/dirtiness. We are also relatively quiet and don't want a party house so we're looking for someone who wants a peaceful respite however we are totally open to occasional dinners/hang outs and of course having friends in your room is fine. We love our home and making it as comfortable as can be and we are looking for someone who will share that love and positive energy.
