This spacious one-bedroom, situated in the beautiful, calming neighborhood of South Pasadena, is available for rent.
The space is artfully decorated and furnished, and perfect for a writer or artist looking to clear their head (queers to the front!). I have a fun book collection, feel free to take-a-book and leave-a-book.
The building is a 1920's build, and so quirks come with the charm. There is no in-unit washer-dryer, but one can be found in the basement.
The space is made up of a spacious bedroom, with a king-sized bed and white linen sheets. A large, artful bathroom with original tiling. A large living room, separate dining room, and kitchen's with antique features (ala a converted old icebox).
I am a writer-director working in film and television. I love reading, art, and *obviously* cinema. I am a queer woman and organize little community-building events in my free time.
I like to keep my space clean and airy, and love hosting little Friday salons and gatherings here on the weekend.
