About This Lister

A painter of people living and working in Amsterdam, hoping to spend about five months in NYC this year (2025) for a portrait project, possibly divided over two periods. I am subletting my studio and have a very good relationship with the owner.

I paint mainly with oils on canvas, always working form life - people posing. I also do a bit to etching and printing.

There is a collection of mainly 70s and 80s vinyl records in the studio I like to listen to when I work, and I have a decent library of art books.
