The cows are only occasionally in the field. Approximately one quarter acre of backyard for possible outdoor activities.

The hamlet of Amity is 70 minutes from NYC by car. New Jersey Transit bus from the Village of Warwick to Port Authority is 90 minutes. Train from Tuxedo to Secaucus/Path 60 minutes. Brooklyn Bridge is about 1 hour 45 minutes by car.

Local amenities include: Pasture/mountain view of 1000 acres of preserved open space/cattle ranch behind the studio. The field directly behind the studio is the Lowland Farm nursery. Hiking on Appalachian Trail, skiing, trail biking, wineries, breweries, apple picking. Mountain Creek Resort is 10 minute drive for full spa, healthclub, pools, year around sport.

About This Lister

The apartment is in our former art/craft studio where my wife and I made our living as hot glass and jewelry artists for 35 years. The studio is on our property about 75 feet behind the house with evergreen shrubbery between for privacy. We are retired from active making but currently developing a teaching studio off site.
