Partially furnished one-bedroom apartment in prewar building on tree-lined Eastern Pkwy, utilities included (internet, gas, electricity). Apartment is on the 4th floor (no footsteps above and lots of light!) and at the back of the building (no street noise!). Charming view from the bedroom where you can see a large swath of the neighborhood, with Manhattan teeny tiny in the background. Laundromat is one short block away.
Furnishings include the basics (may be different from pictured). You'll have a full-size bed, a small couch, side tables, closet space, and two desks with assorted chairs. We'll also provide some basic household supplies, and we'll be nearby if you need anything!
The apartment is in an amazing location—on the block of the subway station, with express trains into Manhattan, and two Citibike stations. It's also around the corner from Franklin Ave, a bustling hot spot with many shops and restaurants. Within walking distance are the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Public Library, and Prospect Park.
Open to anyone (or two anyones) who can respect the space and our neighbors.
I've rented this apartment for twelve years and love it very much!
