The apartment (furnished) is a large 2-bedroom with the second bedroom currently used as an office/nursery with a comfortable desk setup to work from home, an open plan kitchen with dining area and large separate living room.

Features dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and an upright Steinway piano (in-tune). The private garden out back is accessible through the basement and has a fire pit. The building also features a shared sauna on the main floor.

10 minutes walking from the J-M-Z subway lines, and a block away from coffee shops and grocery stores. We are on the side of Bed Stuy that is closest to Bushwick and East Williamsburg. Rent includes all utilities.

Only looking for an extremely reliable/trustworthy person/couple who can also promise to occasionally water our plants. Unfortunately our no pet/no smoking building policy is strict.
