Anyone interested in staying at a traditional Japanese house in the middle of Tokyo?
The house is on a raised ground five step above the road. There are two main rooms and a loft, kitchen, bathroom, and two small rooms. One of the main room is a carpeted room with a loft. Another one of the main room is a tatami room with a low table. One can sleep on any of these rooms using futon mattress, which will be provided. The loft has a small sofa. The kitchen has microwave, a small gas stove, and the fridge. The kitchen has all the basic appliances such as a small gas stove, microwave, rice cooker and coffee machine. The bathrooms two rooms: one with toilet and another one with sink and the tub with shower.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of southern Shinjuku: five to ten minute walk to the Shinjuku JR station, five minute walk to Minami-Shinjuku on Odakyu line, and five minute walk to Yoyogi, JR station. Shinjuku is one of the biggest area of Tokyo, providing many stores, coffee shops etc. Near the house, there are also small cafes and dinning options.

Rental requirements
We are asking $3000/month with security deposit ($500) and cleaning fee ($200/month).
Maximum 3-4 people.
Minimum Stay: One month
No pet allowed.
No smoking or vaping.
No shoes.
If you are interested in the space, we can meet on zoom (or in person), and I may ask for names of references.
