• Room #2: Large music studio/bedroom, with queen bed and doors to back patio.
• Room #3: Guest room/study with standing desk and twin bed (can extend to king size). Rooms #2 and #3 share a bathroom.

The neighborhood:
Amazing location in Highland Park, northeast LA. Fancy bodega/burrito shop on the corner and natural wine bar, Sam's Place, down the street. A short walk to everything you could want on Figueroa—Lodge Room, Civil Coffee, Kitchen Mouse, Kinship yoga, Metro stop, etc. Walkable to York and generally gorgeous for neighborhood walks.

The cat: Our extremely chill and self-sufficient indoor/outdoor cat. He has a cat door and an automatic water/feeder setup so you don't need to do much! Rent is discounted by $1000.

Accessibility note: 3 front steps to enter the house and then 2 steps into the kitchen.
