Welcome to my thoughtfully designed, fully-furnished two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in the heart of Pasadena. This is the second time renting this meticulously cared for space, and I'm looking for tenants who will treat it like their own home.

Step inside and you'll immediately feel a sense of calm from the tasteful decor and abundance of natural light. The floor plan seamlessly connects the living areas to shared the backyard oasis - an outdoor space perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing amidst the landscaping.

The primary suite's surrounding windows provide views of the verdant backyard and persimmon tree. And then there's the bathroom, which feels like a literal spa featuring a deep soaking tub, high pressure shower, and a Tushy bidet.

The location is great for the east side. You're located within a short driving distance of downtown Pasadena (8 mins), downtown LA (25 mins), Echo Park/Silverlake (20 mins), and Highland Park (15 mins). We especially love being close to two farmer's markets: South Pasadena on Thursdays and the Pasadena one on Saturdays and a 10 minute drive to the Huntington Library.

The neighborhood itself is a walker's paradise - quiet, super lush, on family-friendly streets with a park (McDonald Park) just around the block.
