About This Lister

I am a visual artist, and will be using my studio space primarily for painting, paper-based works and installation. I have occasional studio visitors, but am primarily a solitary and quiet worker. I am looking for a serious, long-term tenant who is in need of a private office/studio space, and would also make use of the common area shared by me.
