Studio includes: 1 Bed room + 1 Kitchen + 1 Bathroom with Shower and Toilet. Upstairs is all yours with independent access.

The bedroom has a twin bed + desk + AC'ed. The kitchen fits a table and is equipped with fridge, microwave and a small induction cooktop (2 burners). Both rooms have their own exterior access. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. 2 generous closets are located in the hallway between the two rooms.

The laundry room is shared with us, equipped with brand new washer & dryer, and located at the ground floor with own independent access. The house is non-smoking.

There's one dedicated car spot for you on the property. The closest grocery shops/restaurants/bars are about 5min out.

About This Lister

Mid-30's professionals couple, discrete and accommodating, and we expect the same from our tenant(s). We'll be out of your way since the two spaces are fully independent. Weekdays we alternate working remote/office. On weekend we're typically busy with house projects or hanging with neighbors.
