One bedroom and one office, this cute, tucked away apartment is the top of a house and very quiet. The balcony is surrounded by trees and looks over the Hollywood hills. Fast internet, Apple TV and well furnished, this is a perfect spot if you also work from home. It's also close to the action, located between Sunset and Hollywood blvd. Close to the Hollywood metro and bus stops are everywhere. The West Hollywood nightlife is right outside your door — without having to hear it at night.

There are steps to get into the apartment, all utilities are included in the rent and there isn't a laundry on site. I use the laundromat two blocks away. I can't accommodate couples or dogs, but cats okay. There is always street parking available, I will provide a parking pass. It's also three blocks from Runyon Canyon.

I'm looking for someone who can stay a minimum of six months and hopefully a year, but the dates are flexible. Looking to find someone as quiet and responsible as my neighbors, who are all lovely.
