We are traveling during the holiday and looking for a responsible, clean, and respectful subletter(s) to look after our fully furnished apartment.

Quite, top-floor, light-filled two-bedroom apartment available from December 19th till January 11th.

One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other is set up for an office with a west elm futon that can be converted into a bed.

All utilities are included in the price, including high-speed wifi.

The apartment is in Crown Heights, one block from the Nostrand subway stop (2,3) and a quick walk to the Franklin stop (4,5), which runs express into Manhattan. There are endless restaurants, cafes, and bars right next door.
