Good amount of natural daylight that comes through the space, polished concrete floors, high ceilings etc. The studio is on the ground floor of the building, so very easy to load in and out of if needed. Sharing the space with a photographer / director working in the fashion industry. Ideally would love to share the space with another creative / small creative team. Access to shared kitchenette + bathroom. The building is on Flushing Ave, right across from the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
