Room 2 with sturdy full size loft bed is $750 month including utilities and is available either until February 15th or can extend month to month if agreeable by everyone.

Both rooms are Fully furnished including linens and there is a shared living room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with newly installed floors. I occupy two additional adjoining rooms including one with a piano at the other end of the apartment and am open to others playing it when I don’t need to use the space.

Lovely neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, cafes etc.

5 minute walk to Carroll Street Stop on F & G train.

I am a 62 year old artist/musician and like to enjoy a peaceful and clean environment at home.

On February 16th a lovely 32 yr old woman from the U.K will be arriving to occupy the sea foam green room. She is warm with a good sense of humor and is an excellent communicator.

Note: There is no extra storage space so this is perfect for someone who only has one or two suitcases with them and is seeking a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing environment to lay their head while they figure out next steps.

There is an extra bike in the apt you are welcome to use if interested and several racks of Citi bikes nearby.
