My studio mates and I have two openings in our shared Greenpoint studio.

Rent for each spot is $504.70/month and both spaces have a designated 150sqft work area along with additional common spaces and a woodshop for use.

Space 1 has 15 ft of wall space and is on the windowed side of the studio along with flat storage areas.

Space 2 has 15 ft of wall space and a lot of additional ground space and overhead storage.

The studio has a couple painters and a photographer in it and There is rarely overlap in working time.
