Room 1 ($1275/month): dimensions of Room 1 are roughly 13.5' x 9'. It comes with a huge double door closet - 5 feet wide, just under 2' deep, and 9' high. Comfortably fits a queen bed and a desk, along with some other bits of furniture. The windows overlook the courtyard where there is a ton of greenery from trees, plants and neighboring yards (colorful birds from Prospect Park often stop by). The two large windows are north facing, so it gets plenty of light but much less heat in the warmer months. Steam radiator keeps it cozy in the cooler months. Possibility for it to come semi-furnished (dresser, nightstand, window seat, bedframe).

Room 2 ($1050/month, unfurnished): dimensions of Room 2 are roughly 10.5 x 8.5. It also has a similarly large double door closet of comparable size: 5 feet wide, just under 2' deep, and 9' high. While the room is probably not well-suited for someone working solely from home, it's a great space to unwind or curl up after a day out in the city. One window that gets some late morning rays, but mostly indirect light. This room shares a wall with the other available room but rarely ever have any issues (the walls shared are technically the closets). Comfortably fits a full-size bed and a small dresser/desk. Juuussstt fits a queen bed without a headboard. Probably the quietest room overall in the apt since it's away from the street and the backs of other buildings

Split 3 ways utilities are about 60-70 a month per person, higher in the summer as is typical. Those and other shared expenses for household supplies are split using Splitwise.

Looking for a kind, communicative, clean, self-aware, and respectful housemate who is conscious of space/noise and wants to take good care of this pretty place :) We enjoy a calm, uncluttered home and value a clean-as-you-go approach within the kitchen and common spaces.

Other things: Other things: no smoking of any kind in the home/apartment building, shoes off inside, no bringing the party home or surprise guests, rotating cleaning schedule, recycling
