We are leaving for the winter Jan-mid Feb.
We have a beautiful two-story apartment for sublet located off the East Broadway stop. Some things we love about it:

-A pool downstairs

-And much more, I might be forgetting

**The monthly rent is $3926 and we can prorate it from there if you decide to stay till Feb 16th. The internet, electric, and cleaning are NOT included.
