Cat care consists of two feedings a day and willingness to sit with a very willing lap cat as well as occasional play times. Keeping the kitty box clean a must. We like to keep the space neat and clean.Situated in the amazing Flatiron area the recently updated apartment has a bedroom, a study and ample living space and a balcony. Transportation easily available from union Square and other subway stops with easy walking distance near great shopping and union Square Green market. 2 1/2 baths small but well appointed kitchen. We are high enough up that we have very little city noise. Doorman serves the building. It will feel like a vacation
