This is a prime location in the West Village with hundreds of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and amazing transport links to get all over the city. We are a stones throw from West 4 and Houston St subway stations and the many lines they offer.

You can truly walk anywhere and are nearby to the Hudson for those who run or Washington Square Park / Battery Park for green space.

About This Lister

We are a British married couple in our early 30's who have lived in this amazing apartment for two years. We are moving on to a different place and the leases don't overlap perfectly. We are tenants of the building and can show you around. We know our neighbors well and have a great relationship with the building team.

We can either do a lease assignment, where qualified applicants will go through the Stonehenge application process. The lease is fully signed over to the new resident. The apartment will NOT be inspected, turned, painted, or cleaned and will be delivered 'as is'.

For a sublet, the short term tenant would pay rent to me directly. The short tenant would have to complete the application below, provide ID and basic income/student information. The apartment will not be inspected, turned, painted, or cleaned and will be 'as is'.
