A stylish and well maintained second floor apartment to sublet in Los Feliz in a 1930's historic apartment building in a walkable neighborhood. The apartment is well placed for parks, shops, restaurants, the Los Feliz & Vista Cinemas and Griffith Park is just a 10min walk away. The University of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Film School and many public transport options are at your doorstep. This two bedroom apartment offers stylish and comfortable decor. It comprises of a spacious lounge room, dining room and has incredible light high ceilings and sunset views. The primary bedroom has a portable air conditioner and the second bedroom has a standing work desk. Our apartment feels like a retreat- it is 2 bedrooms in an historic building. As I work in film my home is decorated with mementos from the work I have done on major feature films. It is arty and quirky, and I adore this apartment so close to everything. I love the easy walk to Vermont or Hillhurst, the light and it's quiet. I think it is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time while working or holidaying in Los Angeles. Also provided is internet Wi Fi, Netflix and Prime. We are a quiet, working professional older couple and the rest of the apartment block is occupied by professionals, so this is not really a place for parties. It is a home and so is perfect for a professional couple, or those working or as a base to visit relatives living here in LA. We would love to have you stay so please contact us with any questions.
My partner Annie and I are film makers. Annie is a Production Designer and I work as an Art Director. We have both worked and traveled around the world and have recently settled in LA, tho currently in Sydney setting up house here as well. Happy to share this great apartment when we are away.
We are tenants.
Short term rental one month preferred. Damage deposit of $1500.00 and a $250.00 cleaning fee. 50% Due on booking. We have a unique apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood but it does have some quirks, older plumbing for instance, also our landlord Doug lives in the building (his Swedish mother built it in 1939) and he has a very strict no dog or kid policy. Local parking available on the street per signage.
