Looking for a responsible person/couple to stay in my furnished guest house while I travel for work. The 900 sq/f house is located at the end of a quiet street near a canyon and a couple of parks. The house is bright (lots of windows), with minimal decor, great for working and focusing or relaxing outside. The main-space is downstairs and there is another room/office upstairs with a second bathroom and a great view. Outside, there is a deck with small dining table. There is a big beautiful backyard shared with my neighbor, with a fire pit and seating. The neighborhood has some great amenities, and is close to North Park, South Park and Hillcrest. The house is a 20-25 minutes drive to beaches.

Accessibly: There are steps 5 steps that lead to the front door and five to the backyard. There are steps between upstairs and downstairs, but no elevator.
