PROCEDURE TO LEASE A BRODSKY RESIDENCE
Thank you for your interest in The Brodsky Organization. Qualifying applicants must demonstrate
a total combined annual gross income of at least 40x the monthly rent. We require US guarantors,
and they must demonstrate a total combined annual gross income of at least 80x the monthly rent.
TheGuarantors.com and SayRhino.com may also guarantee a lease.
APPLICATION + FEES: There is a non-refundable $20 fee for each applicant and guarantor. All
applicants and guarantors must fill out their own application and consent to a hard credit check.
Application documents must be uploaded into your on-line account. A leasing representative can
send you a direct online link to apply by email.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS: Each applicant and guarantor must submit the following documents
with their on-line applications:
1. Two most recent bank statements from your primary checking and/or savings accounts.
2. Photo ID – i.e., driver’s license, non-driver ID, passport.
3. Proof of Income
SUBSEQUENT MONTHLY PAYMENTS: We also invite you to join www.biltrewards.com for
subsequent rent payments, and to earn rewards points for your favorite goods and services without
fees. Or you may create an account with ClickPay.com/brodsky to view your
monthly balance and pay your rent on-line. Residents can make payments
by e-Check (ACH) from their bank accounts, free of charge, or pay by major
credit card with a 2.95% fee.
