Studio (388 square feet) w/ 2 closets and 1 bathroom. Hardwood floors, an extra storage space above one of the closets, and a small kitchen area. In the building has laundry machines, and pets are allowed. Unit is right next to the staircase.

For anyone interested, I will cover an extra 1/2 of the firs month's rent ($1,400).
About This Lister
I am a software engineer and have been living/working in this apartment for over a year and a half. I'm a big gamer and I live with my 1 cat Shinx. I actually really enjoy this apartment, it's very cozy and the maintenance guy is very responsive and kind. Issues have been next to none, and any I've had has always been resolved within the same day or next day.
Unfortunately, my company is moving offices to downtown (~22nd street) and I am looking to move closer to that new office location.

Rental requirements
Only fee required to my knowledge would be the security deposit. You will need proof of income and a copy of previous year's tax returns. If these are not available, I can reach out to my landlord and see what can be done. Any questions please reach out.
Pets Policy
You are allowed pets, there is a $250 fee per cat and $500/$750 fee for dogs ($500 for under 35 lbs, $750 for over).
