Also within walking distance to both Central Park, Museum of Natural History, and Hudson River Park. Neighborhood with lots of restaurants around and the best the UWS has to offer.

I've been living in the space for over ten years with a few subletters over the years. I'm spending time with family so want to sublet the apartment while I'm gone.

Rental requirements
Looking for a clean professional, no smoking inside. Ideally only want one person as opposed to couples since the space is smaller. You'd also be going through my management company (for my benefit and yours so you don't need to worry about anything shady) so need to be willing to undergo standard background check.
Love them, but no pets, please.
My building does not allow for short term sublets (under 30 days) so looking to sublet for as close to the full amount of time as possible.
