Studio apartment in doorman, elevator building located in prime UWS location. Few blocks to several grocery stores, pharmacies etc and a stones throw to 1,2,3, B/C and crosstown bus. Also within walking distance to both Central Park and Hudson River Park. Neighborhood with lots of restaurants around and the best the UWS has to offer.
Non-smoking apartment. Going to be traveling so looking for someone to sublet for at least two months (potentially open to longer).

Looking for a non smoker, clean professional. Asking for 3200 which is what I pay- this includes utilities. You'd also be going through my management company (for my benefit and yours so you don't need to worry about anything shady) so need to be willing to undergo standard background check.
Love them, but no pets, please.
My building does not allow for short term sublets (under 30 days) so looking to sublet for as long to the full amount of time (open to longer) as possible. There is also a good chance this could be open until November but TBD.
