Myself long time denizen of NYC after COVID had to move to a temporary room ( 57th and 10th ave ), which I've been in for 3 years !! A friend the leaseholder is getting married and wants more space ! He and other friends and clients good references. My current 9' x 12' room is in a 4br 5th floor unit in an old 19th century walkup building with 3 roommates.

Myself, gay (LeGABITQue+ :) ) man who works developing graphics software at home ( longer history of lighting/industrial design, event production etc ) , I have reasonable money in the bank, sustainable but limited income, trying to keep my housing expense <= $2000 but might be seduced with the right group ...

I am quite light weight at the moment as I put my furniture and larger art in storage at my sister's house in DC. I have lived in the West Village, Soho, Chelsea, Hells Kitchen, Dumbo, and East Village, over the years and have loved them all, for the community and street life.

Much of my history is living with others and prefer it.

I had a live/work loft in Chelsea with 3 other roommates back in the 80s, and later in the 90s in San Francisco, and we all attended burning man then a few times, later shared a loft in Dumbo in the early 2000s :)
