The Room:
A furnished room with a twin bed with built in storage, large closet with shelving above, a big bright window (with black out curtains for sleeping in) and high ceilings that make you forget you’re in a NY apartment.

The Apartment
I just love this apartment and I have spent an absurd amount of time and money painting, finding just the right furniture on FB market place etc. to make it a nice place to be.

Frances is a small gray kitten who also resides here and adds to the charm considerably 

There is a large functional kitchen with a full sized oven and fridge, a dining area, a desk area I use to work at and a little living space with a couch, TV and fake fireplace. We also have Laundry in the building! Free!! 

The house is a clean space and tidy space, but not unrelentingly strict. Guests are always welcome and I like to have friends for dinner, but I generally don’t host large raucous parties.

Location:
Access to the A/C trains, G Train plus City Bike stations a block away
Wash and fold and dry-cleaning services nearby (and Washer Dryer in building)
Walking distance to Marcus Garvey Blvd which has fun spots like: Saraghina’s Pizza, The Trad Room, Lunatico, Peach’s Hot House etc.
Grocery around the corner!
