The space is perfect for one person.
The location can't get any better. It's right by the Domino park. The JMZ trains are 10 mins walking distance, and the L train 15 min, you also have the ferry a few minutes away. You will wake up facing west with a new-looking Manhattan view every day.

It's a doorman building with laundry, gym and office rooms, and taken care of very well. Parking is easy around here.

In the house, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, dishwasher and microwave. There is a big closet and overall the place is very spacious.

I also have 3 plants that will need water once a week, and I'm hoping you will take care of them!
