I’m excited to share my home with you, I took a lot of time to design the space well to maximize a coziness, where I can work hard and rest for exciting days out and about on Williamsburg. I’d delighted to explore sharing this with you :)
The process:
To move forward I ask for a referral, we do a video call and I do a tour & answer any questions you have, then we sign a contract.
In the contract, the $ items include:
Sublease amount
Deposit $2k (which I return within 48hrs when things are done)
Laundry credit (on the card, I return what’s left)
Cleaning fee
