When getting in touch please let me know how long you'd like to stay and a little bit about yourself: what brings you to New York, what will you be doing while you're visiting? What are you listening to right now?
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Easily accessible to the G (two blocks) and the C (a brisk 8 minute walk) or you can nab busses that pop into Bushwick or even walk down to Atlantic Terminal. (All the trains.)
Lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within ten minutes of this beautiful, tree-lined street--including some right around the corner. A stones throw from the Pratt Architecture school.
ABOUT THE UNIT/BUILDING
An original brownstone with lots of charm (old, a little creaky) the spacious layout has everything you might need to make yourself comfortable on an extended visit, work trip, or a place to hunker down while you search for your new spot. This top/third floor unit has lots of light and hardwood floors throughout.
Please note that this is a walkup and the radiators are steam and make, well... the noises that old radiators make.
*KITCHEN
Compact but mighty, everything you need to make a nice meal.
Pie pans, Kitchen-Aid, hand mixer, blender, baking sheets & many pyrex mixing bowls and baking dishes.
New under-sink filtration system, toaster, french press + coffee grinder, gas range.
No dishwasher.
Kitchen abuts living area and is graciously separated by a dining table.
*BATHROOM
It's LARGE. Tiled with tub and obscene amount of light.
There's a hairdryer, first aid, etc.
*LIVING ROOM
Comfy couch, bluetooth stereo, non-working fireplace, and a piano--please play at normal hours! I can leave an acoustic guitar out, if you're interested.
*BEDROOM
Queen sized Tuft & Needle mattress and TONS of space. Great for moment/yoga.
***PLANTS, ETC!
I have plants. Please let me know if you are interested in watering them.
If there is a piece of art you'd prefer I swap out, just let me know and I'm more than happy to do that.
There is no laundry in the building, tho places close enough to take yours + numerous you can call for pick-up/drop off service.
I've had the good fortune to call this spot my home for more than ten years. A musician by trade, I've been in New York for 18 years.
My good pal lives downstairs and will be able to help with any issues that might pop up.
Current tenant

This amount will be held as a damage deposit and returned after rental period.
The full amount of the rental period is due upon agreement.
