Weekly or 1 Month Sublet in a new flex-space studio in East Williamsburg

Art Studios for Sublet

$600/week

Location

East Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Available

February 7, 2025 - March 7, 2025

Size

400 sq. ft.

Hello,

I'm subletting out my flex space studio in a newly renovated building, located in a thriving / quickly growing part of East Williamsburg.

For the past year, I have been using this as a creative office space for production + post production purposes. I travel quite often, so unfortunately I'm gone longer than I've been able to use the space, but I also don't want to give up the unit.

Initially, I'm looking to sublet this space during February - Mid-March while I'm out on a shoot & then open to either converting to either a co-working space (if it's the right person) or continue to do a weekly / monthly sublet term on the months I am gone.

About the building:
This studio is on the 5th floor / 400 sq. ft in a building that was recently completed last year

The unit has breathtaking views of the city, and the natural light alone makes this a peaceful creative sanctuary inspiring for all types of artists.

The unit has high ceilings / wooden floor, AC/central air unit, mini fridge, pre - furnished, and a large table with monitors that you are welcome to use. (The space is still a work in progress / these are older photos. I'm constantly rearranging the space so I can move things around depending on your needs)

The studio is a secured 24/7 building, and is work-only. If you plan to work late, I’ve spent many late nights in here writing, editing, working on music.

Overall it is a pretty quiet area all through the week. Sometimes on the weekends, there’s music blasting across + down the street since there are some clubs, but the sound is not too bad and I find it quite enjoyable.

Located few blocks from the Morgan L, it is an extremely convenient location with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, & bars, deli nearby.

Only downside is that we are still waiting on the elevator to be completed so this studio is mostly ideal for those who don’t have a lot of stuff.

But I’m open if you need to bring things into set up. Again, depending on what you need to bring in, I can easily rearrange the space.

*Not listed is a photo of the other side of the studio as there's a lot of work i'm doing to it, everything will be cleared out as I might add in a shelf or additional table there.

Space is ideal for:
filmmakers, directors, editors, colorists, writers, photographers, visual artists, solo musicians (electronic, midi-based / no drums) & any other creatives looking to work on their projects with some peace in between the chaos of the city.

I’m looking for responsible, courteous people that will treat this space as their own sanctuary. With that said, Im looking for people that aren't going to invite a ton of people on a regular basis unless its for a specific project they are working on.

There are only a few units on the floor with extremely chill talented tenants that I bump into every so often. We are all courteous and friendly with each other, so I expect nothing less if you see them!
