For $3450 from Jan 4 - March 1, you'll have access to the entire small 2 bedroom apt. One room has a twin casper mattress and a fold out couch. It's a great room for relaxing as the two windows look out onto the west village where you can enjoy the sunset views.

The other bedroom has a double casper mattress and a desk and TV. Views of the Empire State Building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new electric stove and oven, medium refrigerator and a table. (happy to send more pics upon request or do a showing in-person or a video call)

Bathroom has a standup shower with good water pressure and shower head that extends. Window in bathroom.

Situated on the top floor, no elevator building, in the perfect west village location. You'll stay fit!

Like most NY apartments, radiator heat which does make noise sometimes. Windows are drafty in colder months but thick curtains and window seals, help. Small space heaters are in the apt. as well. Air Conditioner in bigger bedroom which cools the entire apt.

EVERYTHING you need at your fingertips - grocery stores, Trader Joe's just 7 mins walk, Whole Foods 16 min walk and restaurants with take out (GREAT pizza spots)
Hudson River Park is a few blocks away. Easy walk to the Highline. The location can't get any better than this.

Working in the arts, I find this apt. is suited for maintaining a busy schedule with the subways nearby allowing for a quick commute to any location in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's a great location for walking everywhere.

I'm looking to rent the space to someone who is responsible and trustworthy and doesn't mind taking the garbage out frequently to maintain the bug free space! Also someone who doesn't leave dirty dishes in the sink and will sweep frequently, and arrange monthly cleanings with the cleaner. And will respect the quiet evenings and nights as everyone in the building is a working professional. I like to keep the apartment tidy!
