This second story guest apartment is adjacent to nearly 100 acres of preserved forest (with hiking trails) and a family farm on the edge of the low-key beach neighborhood of Weekapaug, RI. The house is .75 miles down the street from the Atlantic Ocean, a few minutes walk to the salt pond for paddleboarding and cold-plunging, and also walkable to the Weekapaug Inn which is open to the public year round for a cozy drink or food by the fireplace. 10 mins to downtown Westerly. 20 mins to Matunuck surf. It is the sister rental to the main house on our property. The guesthouse sits across the gravel driveway, beyond the fruit trees, and provides ample separation from the main house. The backyard has a private deck overlooking the forest, hammocks, a dining platform and wood fire grill.

We are looking fro a renter from Jan 15 - June 1st, or possibly longer. Dates can be flexible, and we are open to renting weekly and month to month as well. References and security deposit are required.
We are artists & musicians who live in a separate home on the property, and are looking for a couple, single person or a small family who will take good care of the house and be good neighbors to us and our chickens.
