I'm subletting my Williamsburg sanctuary for a bit as I'm out of town.

It's a 2BR, 1BA, 1,000+ sq ft duplex with 18 ft ceilings, and lots of natural light.

The apt:
Primary BR is on the main floor, 2nd BR upstairs can serve solely as an office/workspace. The apartment has a 12ft couch & projector perfect for movie nights, lots of books, games, and a fully stocked kitchen :)

The building itself is quiet, and rooftop accessible (with furniture), and the best city views! You can see from WTC to the Chrysler Building. If you have a car, parking on the street is never an issue.

The neighborhood:
- 10 minutes or less walk to L/G & J/M/Z at Lorimer
- 5 minutes to the Williamsburg Bridge & BQE
- Lots of grocery stores, cafes & restaurants
- 2 blocks from Sternberg Park
