We’re located in a beautiful 19th century loft factory building with enormous windows. There’s one desk available that also comes with its own 6ft wide industrial quality storage rack. At the front is a communal area that can be used for the occasional small photo shoot or to relax on the couch and enjoy the views, as well as our collective desks. At the back is a kitchenette area with fridge and microwave, and separated from the main space is a gear room with lots of equipment and is where the available rack is located.

For those who carry gear with them from time to time, there’s a large elevator that opens onto the street - it’s pretty incredible and a rare amenity. Loading in and out is a breeze. It’s also very secure, behind a fobbed entrance/elevator and two locked doors.

Tons of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby, and the office has lots of available parking within a block as well as being 6 blocks from the Lorimer L+G trains.

The space would be perfect for a photographer, filmmaker or akin who has lots of stuff and needs a place to edit between shoots - but regardless it’s great for anyone who needs a good space to work. It's not perfectly quiet, this old building certainly lets through noise from other units and the street, but if you like working with company it's great.

The rent is $680 per month per desk space. There is currently one desk available. Security is 1 month rent. 24/7 access, electric, heat, AC and broadband internet included. Terms are month to month.
