I'm moving out of my sunny studio apartment in the Atelier building in the heart of Williamsburg (Nth 9th and Roebling Street):

- The unit has in-building WiFi, air conditioner and heating in-unit, washer & dryer in-unit, dishwasher and a full size oven
- Two large wardrobes so lots of storage room
- The building has a gym, a rooftop and a large entertainment room / terrace on the 2nd floor and bike storage
- Building allows pets
- The L trains is two blocks away and the G train a ~5min walk
- McCarren park is around the corner and there’s a ton of restaurants and bars nearby!
The lease is up in August 2025, and you will be able to renew for 12 months then if that is what you choose to do. It is a pretty straightforward renewal process because you will already have your credit / application reviewed as part of the takeover.
Apartment is rent controlled! Rent is $3,560/month (+ $145/month 421a fee). You wont need to pay any broker's fee.
Happy to discuss furnished vs unfurnished but my base case is unfurnished.

1 month rent security deposit requirement.
I originally got onto the lease via a lease takeover and, as per above, the process to renew was very easy because you will already have your income / credit reviewed as part of the takeover and the apartment is rent controlled.
Happy to discuss flexibility on dates but ideally no earlier move in than the 15th of February (though if this is a dealbreaker, I can try and adjust my lease start date on the other end).
Building is pet friendly
