We're subletting our 2-bedroom apartment in Windsor Terrace from Sunday February 2 through Wednesday February 19 (open to partial dates!)

Our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious: we have 1 main bedroom with a queen-size bed and attached 1/2 bath ensuite. There is also a second guest-room/office with a double bed and 2 workstations. Plus a full bathroom with tub. Large living room with big TV, big L-shaped couch and dining room table that seats 8. And a sunny fully-stocked kitchen with breakfast nook. Would be great for visiting families as there's plenty of space!

The apartment building is well-cared for with a laundry room on the ground floor. We have friends in the building who can help out in a pinch!

The neighborhood is wonderful. We are two blocks from Prospect Park, and 3 minutes from the Fort Hamilton F/G trains. We are also a 12 minute walk from the B/Q at Church Avenue. We have incredible international grocery stores with lots of affordable produce and lots of amazing restaurants.
