-Can provide linens unless you prefer your own.

-As I also work a lot from home, there is a desk/office corner.

Several grocery stores, wine shops, and coffeeshops nearby. Great croissants at Choice, great donuts at Fan Fan. 9 minute walk to Pratt. 15 min walk straight down DeKalb Avenue to Ft. Greene Park.

5 min walk to G train at both Classon and Bedford-Nostrand. B38 and B48 buses stop on block. B52 two blocks away. CitiBike right out front.

Ideal person would be super clean and respectful that this is my home and can care for/not kill plants (low maintenance, I promise). Absolutely no smoking or vaping or pets in the apartment.
