I am looking for someone to sublet my room/apartment for mid Dec-mid Jan this winter (dates can be flexible if need be).

The apartment is a spacious 2 bed /2 bath with two floors and a roof terrace, The bedroom is light and airy, and is adjacent to a spacious and light dining room with huge french windows, a living room, and fully stocked kitchen. You will have access to the downstairs/your own bathroom, private office and living room.

Laundry is in the building and, apartment will come fully furnished.

You will be sharing the space with one other person who lives on the top floor (not photographed). He is an incredibly kind and conscientous roommate, who works 9-6 at an office most days. This makes it very conducive to a WFH situation if need be.

We are located right in the heart of Bedstuy, close to grocery stores, restaurants, all of Bedstuy’s best bars, and are a 10 min walk from the A/C train. We are also close (~1.5 mi or less) to all your other fave Brooklyn neighborhoods like Clinton Hill, Crown Hts, Ft Greene, downtown Brooklyn, Prospect Hts and Williamsburg.

I have lived in Bedstuy since 2019 and I absolutely love this apartment. I am looking for someone who will respect, and take good care of, the space while I am away (.e.g water my plants once a week etc)
