More details:
Your room comes with a private bathroom (separate from the room). My guests will use my bathroom when visiting.
The apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up in a walkable neighborhood. Your room has fire escape access, a radiator, no pets unfortunately.
Utilities are not included and range from $25–$50 per person (last month was $88 total).
Lastly, this is not a wild party house haha—I’m 28 and do my partying elsewhere. The space is for relaxing and spending quality time with friends.

The ideal roommate:
- Woman/queer man in their mid-to-late 20s or 30s
- Preferably working full-time
- Values cleanliness over tidiness
- Has a busy schedule (like me!)
- No pets ):
- Creative hobbies are a plus!
