We are a 60-something filmmaking couple. We live and work in the main house on the property (with our two cats) and are looking to rent out our back cottage plus additional loft-style work-space to the right person. We will be showing the space ourselves. Ideally we're looking for a quiet and responsible creative person who is looking for a beautiful and convenient live/work space in the Hudson Valley with an easy commute to the city. The property has a large and beautiful backyard and a swimming pool but these are for our private use only. Looking for a respectful and responsible tenant who's also a good neighbor.
