Steps away from the National Jazz Museum, Apollo Theater, and St. Nicholas Park; 5min walk to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the subway (A/C, B/D, 2/3, or 10 mins to 4/5/6).

I'm an international academic, originally from Berlin. I work from home a lot, so usually keep it relatively quiet, but am always happy to take a break over a glass of wine, or share a meal together. I'm a die-hard minimalist both for aesthetic, and for ecological reasons, so you'll find here fewer, but better things.
