🪹🔮 This magical nest was designed to be my comfy haven from the hectic BK bustle. It's full of plants, art, soft lighting, and surround sound music.

🌕 It has a back deck with loungers and outdoor dining (with a heater/umbrella) for a sundowner or twinkle lit evening smoke, and is situated just 3 blocks from a gorgeous little park full of picnic magic, or a half hour stroll west on Eastern Parkway to Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park.

I'm going down to the Caribbean to spend time with my family, length and dates are somewhat flex within the Dec/Jan/Feb winter range.

The building has 2 units. You'll use an electric keypad to enter a small lobby (manual option available if needed) and go upstairs get to mi casa using the door on the right.

There are 2 floors in the house.

Main floor : open space
- living room, couch for 4 + lounge chair and TV
- office space, large desk, fireplace (inoperable but cute!)
- dining room that seats 6
- a 1/2 bath
- a kitchen with an island that seats 2
- door to back deck (which has 2 lounge chairs and a table for 4)

Top floor:
1- Primary bedroom has queen bed, seating, and attached bath with shower.
2 - The Parlour or wellness room includes a deeeeeeep couch (that can be turned into a queen bed), a projector, and a meditation space.
In the hallway between these rooms is laundry as well as another bathroom with a nice tub.

Flat is all yours. There's a ground floor unit that has a totally separate door upon entering the lobby (your door is the one on the right). Two sweethearts live down there.

Please note that the back deck has stairs leading down to their backyard

I've got a doorbell cam for packages, but no cameras inside
