It's on the 2nd floor and is located behind Home Depot in a mixed use light industrial building. "We're finishing up a handful of 200ft2 Studios right off of Flushing and Wyckoff. Space has beautiful new windows, freight elevator access and a private entrance. Studios are 200ft2 everything included. spaces range from 700 to 850/month depending on windows. Year lease and then month to month after that." - Dominick Smith
