I am seeking someone to take over my lease for a 1.5 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in BedStuy. It’s two blocks from the Bedford-nostrand G train, on the most beautiful block in Brooklyn. You’ll have the entire third floor, with N/S facing windows. There is an office or small bedroom off the living space, a large galley kitchen, a spacious living room and a bright cozy bedroom. There are three closets throughout the space. It’s a third floor walk-up in a well-maintained building. The apartment also features ceiling fans in the bedrooms/office, a skylight in the bathroom, a dishwasher, original crown molding, a non-working fireplace, and tons of bright light. Cats are allowed.

My neighbors are the most wonderful people and the super is responsive. I’m moving into a smaller space closer to family, but I’ve lived here for over 4 years and loved every minute of it.

Rent is $3,150, gas and water are included. My lease ends 3/31 and you’ll have the option to sign a new lease with my management company. The space will be unfurnished. I’m moving out 11/30, so 12/1 move in is ideal, or 12/15.
