- Furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom free standing casita with kitchen situated in a lush garden with it's own private entrance and deck. The space is best suited for single adults, or adult couples.
Includes washer/dryer, private outdoor patio, 4 skylights, shared fire pit with seating and shared garden, 1.5 miles to the beach.
All utilities + wifi included.
Neighborhood is residential and very beautiful and quiet. Just around the corner from Venice's Mosaic House and Deus coffee, 25 minute walk to the beach and the Venice boardwalk, 5 minutes drive to Whole Foods, ten minute walk to Superba and Zinque (great brunch and dinner) as well as other bars and restaurants nearby.
What's great about this location is it feels private and isolated, but it's right at the junction of Lincoln Blvd. and Venice Blvd., so there's tons of stuff nearby.
Street parking available and usually quite easy to find.
About This Lister
We are leasholders who live on site and are renting out this casita on a monthly or nightly basis. We are the contact for the tenants.

Please provide some background on yourself and your visit. This is a diverse, queer family household and all are welcome so long as they do not cause or wish harm on others.
50% deposit due upon booking, remainder at check-in. Can be paid via Venmo or Zelle..
Must leave unit in the condition it was found or there will be an additional $750 damages charge, or a $150 cleaning fee.
This is a shared property, so while the apartment is free standing and with it's own entrance, we require a general courteousness. I.e. no parties, loud music after a certain hour, etc. We have an 11PM quiet hour rule for everyone's comfort.
We are all vaccinated but are very cautious with covid, disinfecting everything before you move in.
