Full kitchen, NEW comfy loveseat to relax, full sized bed, space to store your stuff, lots of SUNLIGHT, plants, balcony with lighting, a bike if you want to use it, desk/deskchair/workspace area, *and* I'm right by the red line if you prefer public transportation.
Sweet lil half bath--no tub.
Wifi and utilities are included!
Lots of plants and leftist decor all over the space.
Laundry is quite literally right around the corner :)

Super clean space that is furnished and easy to maintain. I've got all the amenities for you to cook, but if you like to order in, you'll be in the middle of absolutely everything.

Less than a mile away from Griffith Park--PERFECT to hustle over to the Fern Dell trail for a hike, or if you like to go for a run! Target, Home Depot, Ralphs Groceries--all of them are two blocks away, as well as local coffee from Bolt and incredible bars on Hollywood and Sunset in one direction--but Los Feliz is the other direction--it's an easy spot for carless people!

0.3 miles away from the Hollywood/Western red line subway station and lots of buses, too. I have wonderful neighbors I can put you in contact with as well, should you need anything.

This space is perfect for one or two people looking for a sublet, or one person with a fur baby.

You'll see a lot of my "stuff" in these photos--shoes, clothing--I will clear all of that out for you!!! (In case you were worried).

Apartment is a second floor walk up, and is located on land formerly owned by the Chumash people.

My name is Siobhán (she/her), and I'm a 36 year old performance artist and activist who also works in voice over and creative coaching. I host creative retreats, perform over zoom and in VR, and I'm actually headed out of town to screen my new immersive theatre documentary.

I will be your point of contact for the space, and my sweet and loving queer neighbors will be able to help you out with anything you need while you're here :)
